3. Booking and Consultations

• Following the consultation, if you wish to proceed, we will issue a formal quotation and engagement letter, including a disclaimer, for your review and acceptance.
• Your engagement is confirmed once we have received written acceptance (via signed document or return email) and full payment.

4. Fees and Payment

• We operate on a fixed-fee basis. Fees will be communicated clearly before work begins.
• Full payment is required upfront via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided securely after agreement.
• Additional work not agreed upon in the initial scope may require a further quote and payment.
• VAT may be applicable where stated.

5. Revisions and Changes

• We offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your original instructions.
• Substantial changes or additional drafting requirements may be subject to further charges, which will be discussed transparently.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information relating to your matter.
• We are not liable for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or omitted information.
• You must be acting in a matter arising within the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
