3. Booking and Consultations
- All prospective clients are offered a free 30-minute initial consultation, which does not constitute legal advice or establish a client relationship.
- Following the consultation, if you wish to proceed, we will issue a formal quotation and engagement letter, including a disclaimer, for your review and acceptance.
- Your engagement is confirmed once we have received written acceptance (via signed document or return email) and full payment.
4. Fees and Payment
- We operate on a fixed-fee basis. Fees will be communicated clearly before work begins.
- Full payment is required upfront via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided securely after agreement.
- Additional work not agreed upon in the initial scope may require a further quote and payment.
- VAT may be applicable where stated.
5. Revisions and Changes
- We offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your original instructions.
- Substantial changes or additional drafting requirements may be subject to further charges, which will be discussed transparently.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information relating to your matter.
- We are not liable for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or omitted information.
- You must be acting in a matter arising within the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

- All documents and templates we provide are the intellectual property of The Paralegal Practice Limited and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without our written consent.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- We are committed to maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with professional paralegal standards.
